Thank you for choosing Pangaea Travel Consultants. Please read through the following Terms and Conditions as they pertain to the services and products offered by Pangaea Travel Consultants.
The following terms apply to all products and services represented, promoted, or implied by Pangaea Travel Consultants. Agreeing to book, reserve, or purchase these offerings is to agree to the Terms of Use presented herein. Pangaea Travel Consultants reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of these Terms Of Use at any time subject to the following:
Offerings
All products and services offered by Pangaea Travel Consultants are quoted in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Quoted prices for tours, packages, and accommodations are per-person. Taxes/surcharges are not included unless so stated in the offering. In addition, restrictions may "apply" including limited availability and dates. All offerings are subject to availability and reconfirmation at time of booking. A per-person deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Every effort has been made to present offerings, including pricing information, accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, if needed. When you purchase an offering or your initial payment is accepted, you will receive an invoice detailing you purchases and expenses. Additions or changes, including further payments, will be reflected in an updated invoice. A travel itinerary will be provided for those purchasing escorted tours, independent travel programs, or professional trip planning services.
Planning/Service Fees
Pangaea Travel Consultants professional planning and consulting service fees may apply when so contracted. Such fees may be a separately charged or will be applied towards the total purchase price of your trip. No charges will be made without your consent.
Agent
Pangaea Travel Consultants is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers, their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules, their failure to pay any refund, or for any personal injury, mental distress, property damage, or other accident, delay, or inconvenience, which may be caused by any party not under Pangaea Travel Consultants control.
Liabilities
Pangaea Travel Consultants reserves the right to decline any booking for any individual or group. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries or bookings where circumstances require such action.
Changes and Cancellations
Pangaea Travel Consultants charges $50 for each change in booking after the first change( which initial change may be made without charge. All changes are subject to availability and other limiting factors and cannot be guaranteed.
There is a $100 per person charge for cancellations received once under deposit. After final payment, or final payment due date, there is a 15% cancellation fee. These charges are in addition to any charges assessed by suppliers. Those who had purchased travel insurance may get their cancellation and other associated fees refunded, depending on the terms of their policy.
Exclusions
Unless stated in the offering, offerings do not include the following:
- Meals, airfare, transfers, and taxes/surcharges not covered in the offering
- Passport and visa charges, and vaccination fees (if applicable)
- Expenses of a personal nature such as phone calls, internet usage, beverages, laundry, and gratuities
- Changes and cancellation fees
- Travel insurance
No refunds will be given for unused or partially used portions of your trip unless covered by the terms of your purchased travel insurance. In such a case, you will need to apply to your travel insurance provider for a refund.
